Watch Dodge Dart Spit Out Axle While Showing Off

Dash cameras are for more than just recording crazy Russian driving antics. More and more drivers are using these cheap, compact, and affordable cameras to catch anything suspicious that happens while on the road. They’re helpful (or hurtful) for fighting traffic tickets, accident liability, and for catching things like this.

On May 11, 2015, a driver in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada, caught what appears to be a 1967 to 1969 Dodge Dart as it darted through traffic before suddenly rearing up like a bull and spitting its rear axle out of from underneath the car, before slamming back on the ground with the wheels and axle now following from behind. The passengers inside the camera car erupt in laughter as they pass the beleaguered Dart, in disbelief at what they just saw.

Yeah, we’re now checking the U-bolts on all of our hoopties.
